Designs :

You may have your own range of designs in standard colour combinations. Your client may choose the design and take the existing colours and choose as per his own needs. We can also provide the designs to chose from.

Size & Shape :

We can produce carpet up to 25 meter wide, length being limitless. Similarly we can produce any shape. However, for transportation and handling purposes, the extra-large size carpet is cut into pieces and rejoined at the floor during installation.

Order Placing :

You should place the order with complete and clear details including all aspects of production and packaging. Specification should cover the finishing instructions. The missing or ambiguous instruction may lead to mistakes in the production and disappoint your client.

Method of order placing :

The order could be placed via internet, as well as courier.

Delivery :

We generally deliver the custom made rug of about 6 square meters within eight weeks from the date of receiving the technically clear order in our factory. For larger size and more intricate designs, the delivery will be longer. The mode of delivery is courier, airfreight or by sea.

Exclusivity :

We provide exclusivity of designs given by the client. We can also provide exclusivity of quality or concept in a particular territory.
